2011 Project House

Completed May 2011. Located in The historical Reservoir Hill area near downtown Tulsa. Purchased at auction in January of 2011, this 6 month project included replacing all windows, refinish hardwood floors, new kitchen and baths and laundry, wood deck, upgraded HVAC and insulation. 2010 Project House

3 bed 1.5 bath Bought this REO (bank owned) in spring. We replaced the roof, installed slab foundation piers, and remodeled kitchen and baths.

 

April 2010 - July 2010 3 bedroom 1.5 bath built on slab in 1974

2009 Project House

3 bed 1 bath Bought this house at Sheriff's foreclosure auction. We were first attracted to this property due to the large workshop in the back yard. The entire project was close to a nightmare. We experienced our first eviction plus other new adventures with this project

2007 Project House

3 bed 1 bath First property bought at Sheriff's foreclosure auction. Required 17 foundation piers, new windows and doors throughout, and complete gut on kitchen and bath. A great experience
